My legal practice has a three-pronged mission:
(1) To work collaboratively with small to medium sized enterprises towards increasing business value by reducing risk and cost.
To this end, we assist our clients:
- in improving the structure of their business agreements and arrangements by way of better documents and risk analysis;
- the resolution of disputes via negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
(2) To assist businesses, individuals and litigants in the resolution of international legal problems.
(3) To provide general legal and other services and advice regarding a variety of legal areas including:
