He recently moved to Austin, Texas as part of a family relocation where he is working on growing his solo legal practice as the owner of Miller Legal & Business Services.

One aspect that Micah believes distinguishes him from many attorneys is business acumen. Through his educational background and work experience, Micah has developed a special capacity to understand a broad range of legal problems faced by both individuals and business concerns and their owners. Mr. Miller has significant experience representing clients in connection with business contracts, including sales contracts, bylaws, shareholder agreements, various equity arrangements, and purchase and sale agreements, etc. He also is experienced in preparing and advising on real estate-related agreements such as leases, personal guaranties, sales agreements, and deeds. In connection with real estate work, Micah has also gained experience in the field of probate law.

With business awareness spanning corporate finance, marketing, organizational management, governmental affairs and business strategy, Mr. Miller is qualified to advise on and has a unique capacity to quickly understand interwoven legal and business issues. He also enjoys matters related to public policy and politics. While in law school Micah interned for Texas State Senator Judith Zaffirini, analyzing and organizing legislation affecting the Texas Judiciary and Texas Ethics Commission.

Micah is fully professionally fluent in Spanish and his educational and work experience in Latin America prepared him to work on wide-variety of matters involving cross-border issues. He has worked or studied in Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia and grew up on the U.S.-Mexico border.
